Formula SAE/Student Discount

To receive a Formula SAE/Student discounted price to a 3-Day seminar you must first send an email to engineering@optimumg.com stating your name, FSAE team, role in FSAE team, University name, University location, degree studying and proof that you are currently enrolled, such as a copy of your current class timetable or student ID.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If more participants register for a seminar than a location can accommodate, OptimumG will accept registrations on a first-come, first-served basis.

If participant attendance is insufficient, OptimumG reserves the right to cancel a seminar at least 15 calendar days before the scheduled date. If a seminar is cancelled, OptimumG will work with participants to reschedule a different seminar, or refund the registration fees.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests from participants received at least 21 business days prior to the seminar will be refunded their registration fee, minus a $100 USD cancellation fee.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests received in writing between 21 and 5 business days prior to the seminar will not be given a refund, but can receive credit toward attendance at another OptimumG seminar, and will incur an additional $100 USD rescheduling fee.

Cancellations received less than 5 business days before the seminar and "no-shows" will not be given a refund or credit of any kind.

Although seminar dates and locations are rarely changed, when booking flights for the seminar, we advise the purchase of ticket protection insurance at the time of booking.
