ADVANCED RACECAR ENGINEERING WORKSHOP
Presented by Claude Rouelle

Seminar Overview
Success in racing today requires highly specialized people who can communicate effectively and efficiently with one another. To achieve this, everyone needs to understand the final goal of the whole group. That is what the OptimumG 12-Day Advanced Racecar Engineering Workshop can do for your team.

Many racecar engineers are extremely specialized and highly knowledgeable in their specific area of the car. In this day and age of extreme competition, getting a team of engineers to work cohesively toward the common objective of overall gain in performance is easier said than done. The principal reason being the lack of appreciation and understanding of the design and development of a racecar as a global challenge.

With the help of our workshop, these engineers can come away with a better understanding of how their specific area fits into the larger picture. Previous workshop attendees have reported an increase in the quality of communication among the various departments as well as new perspectives on already applied principles in racecar design, simulation and testing.
